HR Connections maintains personnel files using HR Office, a human resource management software solution developed by Ascentis. We use the system for all of our outsource clients and make the system available as an in-source solution for clients who want to access and maintain the system themselves. The client can access personnel files and print reports remotely. There are several levels of password security, so it is an ideal tool for companies that have supervisors and various levels of management that should be given access to only certain parts of the employee file. Resumes, performance appraisals, even employee photos can be scanned and attached to the employee file.
We have used several higher priced solutions, and feel that this system gives our clients the best value and capability for just pennies a day. We would be glad to arrange a demonstration of this product to enable you to see the capability and reporting that is available.
