We maintain strict confidentiality on the behalf of our clients. We do not share personal or business information with anyone without consent. Our business has grown as a result of the trust and confidence placed in us by our clients.
It is our dedication to long-term relationships with our clients that sets us apart. We believe that respect for our clients, professional interactions, and most important, honesty, are the keys to building long-term relationships. That formula has proven effective; many of our clients have been working with us for five years or more.
The President and Founder of HR Connections is Dawn Branzuela. She has had a very successful career in business management than spans over twenty five years. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is totally dedicated to building a business with integrity and is committed to the clients and businesses she serves.
Building a business in a rural, Hub Zone designated area of the United States has been a challenge, but a rewarding one. It is a subject that she will be glad to discuss with anyone!

Henry Cohen is the company’s insurance specialist. After getting his bachelor’s from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University, Henry entered the insurance world in January 1977. He provides our clients with products, direction and expertise in the areas of Group Benefits, Health Care Cost Containment and Loss and Risk Management. Whether it is traditional health benefits, supplemental
coverage or retirement planning, we can supply our client base with those areas of protection and benefits that are crucial to the retention of their greatest asset, their employees.

David Branzuela heads up our recruitment division. David had a 30 year career in the US Navy before joining our team. Our recruitment division was established to provide an effective and high quality recruitment service to our clients. Clients value us as a resource whenever they have an opening or refer us to other companies because we use a consultative approach to "build the heart" of their business. We "partner" with them to build a long-term business relationship.
